Michelle Pfeiffer could teach us all a thing or two. Reinventing herself at the age of 49, the American actress is back on the big screen after a four-year break. Starring in Hairspray and Stardust, with Sienna Miller, she took her place on the Hollywood Walk of Fame this month and has never looked better. Modest outfits from Armani, Lela Rose, Jenni Kayne and Lanvin show a good command of her wardrobe – with simple gems from Neil Lane and Cartier adding to the effect. Staying away from short skirts and garish colours is also a sensible move. The fabulous Pfeiffer girl.
