Michelle on 92y!
After her appearances in the New York premiere of ‘The Wizard of Lies’ and ‘The Tonight Show’, Michelle Pfeiffer ‘WOAH’ us again with her radiant look at the 92Y presentation yesterday. Michelle dressed in a shimmering blue with a oversized complimentary coat at the presentation, looking effortlessly beautiful, the sparking eyes shadows and kinda wet-looking hair style actually reminds me of her fairy queen style as Titania in 1999’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, a movie from 18 years ago, and Michelle only looks more and more gorgeous.
During the Hollywood Reporter TV talks conversation, Michelle told the audience how hard it was to capture Ruth Madoff’s Queens accent for the role. “It was hard. It was really one of the harder ones. First of all it’s not consistent and Queens is — it’s just challenging because some of the sounds are just hard and if you’re not careful, the accent in and of itself can become caricature,” Pfeiffer explained. “In fact after I met her, we’d been shooting already, and I’d been working on the accent and working with the dialect coach and I was trying to find that right balance and I came back, and I said, ‘Barry, I’m not worried at all about going to heavy on this accent.’ He said, ‘No, no, no, it’s fine. What you’re doing is fine,'” Pfeiffer said.
