They could be sisters! Michelle Pfeiffer, 54 and Dianna Argon, 26, look like identical twins in matching black gowns at film event in France

Despite an age gap of almost 30 years, Michelle Pfeiffer and Glee’s Dianna Argon could easily be mistaken for twins.

The stunning blondes looked near identical when they graced the red carpet at the La Cite Europeenne du Cinema on Friday in France. Argon,26, and Pfeiffer, 54, both wowed in black floor length gowns at the film event which was founded by French director, producer and writer Luc Besson.

Michelle looked elegant in a sleeveless satin number which was made up of sheer and block stripes. Adding some sparkle to her look, the 54-year-old accessorised with a large chunky gold bangle and a small hard shelled clutch bag. Wearing her hair down in a side parting, the Batman Returns actress kept her make-up simple whilst opting for feline eyes with her dark eyeshadow.

Dianna on the other hand set temperatures rising in a dreamy gown which braved a deep sheer neckline. She had her blonde tresses pulled back and displayed simple, but flawless make-up for the occasion.

Michelle and Diana weren’t the only stars from Hollywood who had made the trip to France for the event. In fact a whole host of famous faces turned up to the bash held at a venue in Saint-Denis, just outside of Paris. Salma Hayek stepped out onto the red carpet in a satin number and her her husband Francois-Henri Pinault on her arm. The Mexican star had accessorised her outfit with a glittering diamond necklace and stepped out in a pair of towering satin pumps. Robert De Niro, who struck a rather defensive pose for photographers on the red carpet was also seen at the party.
